City/State Norfolk, VA Work Shift Rotating Provider Specialty Infectious Disease Overview: Sentara Medical Group, a division of Sentara Health, an award-winning, nationally recognized, nonprofit health system, is seeking a dedicated BC/BEFT Infectious Disease - Transplant physician to join our team. This position will be based atSentara Norfolk General Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center. Sentara Medical Group is a physician-led, high performing multi-specialty group bringing over 1,500 providers together to deliver quality and compassionate care to our communities. Position Highlights: Sentara Health is looking for a dedicated full-time BC/BE Infectious Disease physician with Transplant experience to join the team at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA. This 525-bed tertiary care facility is home to the area's only Level 1 Trauma Center, Burn Trauma Unity, and Nightingale Regional Air Ambulance. Full-time employed, IP and OP position. 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off. Call will be worked into your 2 weeks on. Share service with experienced ID - Transplant Physician and Advanced Practice Providers. Research opportunities available but not required. Compensation and Benefits: $260k + $25k annual Quality Performance Incentive, plus Productivity Compensation.
