What Youll Do:As the Clinical Team Lead, youll play a vital role in providing, overseeing, and coordinating high-quality, evidence-based nursing care. Youll ensure safe, timely, and effective care through all phasesassessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluationin accordance with clinical nursing standards, the Florida Nurse Practice Act, and regulatory guidelines. Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience in area of specialty. State of Florida Licensure Requirements
Certification in appropriate specialty required within 3 years of hire. PALS/ACLS as appropriate for specialty within 90 days of employment.
