Overview

This is a full-time, onsite career opportunity based out of our location in Lebanon, PA

The primary responsibility to this position is to execute collateral satisfaction procedures for Consumer and Residential Mortgage loans that have been paid-in-full. In accordance with established processes and procedures, the incumbent reviews and prepares associated loan and collateral satisfaction documentation and provides it to borrowers and other external stakeholders. The position works under strictly regulated time requirements and will access and edit information on multiple systems. The Level II Specialist may complete assignments of a higher degree of scope or complexity, including Commercial Loans and will advise junior staff.



Responsibilities

    Review and compare collateral documents and records on core and tracking systems for satisfied loans, verified paid status, research and resolve minor discrepancies, engage internal and external stakeholders, escalate more complex issues to senior staff or manager
  • Process lien satisfactions, including mortgages/deeds of trust, assignments, vehicle titles (electronic or sign-off on hard copy), cancelling guarantees, terminating UCC financing statements within respective systems, promptly respond to unexpected requests, ensure time requirements are met
  • Prepare and furnish collateral satisfaction documents to borrowers and other external stakeholders, assemble, record and distribute related payoff and collateral packages, including borrower refunds
  • Monitor, train and mentor junior staff, assist with system upgrades, installations and testing, review, edit and maintain departmental operating procedures


Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Experience

3 or more years Lending practice or documents. (Required)

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

The hourly rate for this position is $17.25 - $23.03.
