Job Title: Project Engineer - Utilities

Location: San Antonio, TX

Work Model: Onsite

Duration: Permanent Fulltime

Dexian is working with a leading engineering firm in the Utilities space to bring on a Project Engineer to serve their growing San Antonio Office.

What We're Looking For:



  • A bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) license or cleared the PE Exam.
  • At least 4 years of experience with software like MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Open Roads.
  • Experience with TxRRC, TCEQ, FEMA, USACE, TXDOT and Municipal permitting requirements.
  • Responsible for PS&E design and construction oversite of water and wastewater related projects including but not limited to water and wastewater pipelines, water distribution systems, treatment plants, sanitary sewer collection systems, lift stations, and discharge permits.
