Job Title: Data Analyst

Location(s): North Reading, MA

This position will be responsible for:


  • Support effective decision-making through financial and market analysis of critical issues, including hardware price and cost modeling, and scenario planning.
  • Execute detailed project plan timelines, operational reporting and conduct ad-hoc business analyses for leadership communication
  • Develop evaluation frameworks for product cost improvement initiatives
  • Design and coordinate the development of systems and tools to keep pace with the group's growing and rapidly changing businesses.


Job Qualifications


  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field. A graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) and 0-3 years of capacity experience.
  • Strong analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving.
  • Direct experience in operations or capacity planning a plus.
  • Fluency in standard software including MS Excel. Knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Successful characteristics for the position are the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment.
