Job Description

Our team has an opening for a Senior IT Project Manager/Installation Lead position. You will lead and technically manage the implementation efforts of Flank Speed Wireless (FSW) and Flank Speed Edge (FSE) infrastructure in an afloat environment. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, excellent leadership, and the ability to facilitate collaboration between the installation teams, the Navy's program lead, and the afloat stakeholders. Primary responsibilities are:

* Provide technical guidance to team members, ensuring best practices are followed and issues are addressed promptly

* Oversee the delivery of installation services ensuring high levels of satisfaction and efficient resolution of issues

* Lead technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that customer requirements are met and that all project milestones are achieved on time

* Act as an escalation point for critical delivery issues, troubleshoot and work with support teams to identify resolutions, provide solutions and escalate when necessary

* Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables while keeping stakeholders informed of progress and any potential risks

* Prepare status reports and presentations to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress and outcomes

* Gather customer needs and expectations and translate them into project objectives

* Receive customer feedback to improve services

Job Requirements

* 5+ years of related experience in a senior management role overseeing digital services or IT operations, preferably in a U.S. Navy environment

* Solid technical background with expertise in enterprise IT services (e.g., cloud services, networking, etc.

* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to service delivery with a customer-first mindset

* Demonstrated experience in team leadership, strategic planning, and project management

* Excellent written communications skills and the ability to develop compelling proposal materials and presentations

* Able to work independently

* Able to travel in support of customer engagements

Certifications:

* PMP

* One of the following: CCISO or CCSP or CISA or CISM or CISSP or CISSP-ISSEP or CISSP-ISSMP or GSLC
