This position is responsible for all required assemblies and installations on coaches while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

What You Will Do:

• Provide day-to-day technical support to line electricians and commissioning teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments including Electrical Engineering, Supplier Development Engineering (SDE), and Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA).
• Support root cause analysis, containment, and corrective action processes for internal and supplier-related quality concerns.
• Identify and help mitigate recurring electrical issues in a fast-paced production environment.
• Support documentation and reporting of electrical quality concerns and work with teams to drive timely resolution.
• Perform all other duties within the Quality Department as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Technical education or equivalent hands-on electrical experience preferred.
• Experience with troubleshooting electrical systems, especially within multiplex environments.
• Familiarity with quality systems and methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions).

Technical Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and PLC language.
• Working knowledge of Ohm's Law, series and parallel circuits, AC/DC theory, and industry schematic symbols.
• Proficient use of multimeters (voltage, resistance, continuity, and amps).
• Basic knowledge of electrical components such as switches, relays, and understanding of failure types (shorts, opens, grounds).
