Summary
Responsible for overseeing the clinical and administrative operations of partial hospitalization and residential services. Focuses on delivering high-quality behavioral health care, improving patient outcomes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Drives strategic initiatives to enhance service offerings and expand patient access to care. Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions -Leads the development and implementation of behavioral health programs in partial hospitalization and residential services. -Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and best practices in patient care delivery. -Collaborates with clinical leadership to develop treatment plans, evaluate patient outcomes, and enhance quality of care. -Manages the financial performance of partial hospitalization and residential services, including budgeting and resource allocation. -Develops and monitors performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of programs and continuous improvement. -Supervises clinical and administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. -Leads efforts to expand services, improve patient access, and increase community awareness of behavioral health programs. -Fosters relationships with community partners, referral sources, and other stakeholders to promote program growth.
