HSE Technician 2nd Shift

This is a boots-on-the-ground role where you'll be a visible presence on the shop floor-coaching, advising, and driving a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. You'll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and safely, while making a real impact on the well-being of our team and the environment.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Monitor daily operations to ensure HSE procedures are followed.

• Coach and support supervisors in applying HSE best practices.

• Represent the HSE function in Tier 2 meetings.

• Conduct audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.

• Support incident investigations and corrective action planning.

• Collect environmental samples (air, water, waste) for compliance.

• Promote safety awareness through training and engagement activities.

• Help drive continuous improvement in HSE systems and culture.

Your Background

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with HSE responsibilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident in problem-solving and decision-making.

• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and behavior-based safety programs (preferred).

• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards is a plus.
