Our manufacturing facilities are in MN, IA, WI, IN, OR and Canada.

The Assistant Corporate Controller plays a critical role in supporting our Corporate Controller, helping drive transparency, efficiency, and adherence to regulations across our business. Your expertise will strengthen our internal controls, enhance our financial reporting, and enable smarter decision-making across departments. Who you'll be working with.

In this role, you will report directly to the Corporate Controller and collaborate closely with plant controllers, corporate department leaders, and other cross-functional teams. You'll be a key partner to our finance and operations groups, helping guide accurate reporting, system improvements, and audit readiness. You'll also support shared service allocations, capital project transitions, and state and federal compliance activities. You are a seasoned CPA with a strong foundation in financial reporting, systems, and compliance. You bring both technical skill and the ability to lead through change. You're detail-oriented, proactive, and driven by a sense of responsibility-not just to numbers, but to the people and principles behind them.   • Prepare month-end general ledger entries, accrual analysis, and account reconciliations.
  • Consolidate multiple entities and eliminate intercompany transactions, loans, and transfer pricing.
  • Allocate shared services across plant locations for internal reporting purposes.
  • Assist with annual audits and the preparation of external financial statements.
  • Partner with plant controllers to transition capital projects from construction in progress to in-service.
  • Support new system implementations and software upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, travel expense reporting, and various regulatory filings (e.g., 1099s, census, BEA).
  • Perform financial planning and analysis for corporate departments.
  • Help establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures in alignment with US GAAP, IRS, and CRA requirements.


What you bring.



  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • CPA certification (active or inactive) required
  • Minimum 8-12 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Demonstrated experience in MS Office Suite, including a high proficiency in Excel along with strong data handling skills
  • A solid understanding of financial accounting principles, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be detail oriented, able to handle confidential or sensitive information appropriately, be self-directed and possess good time management skills
  • Previous system implementation experience a plus.
  • Results driven, open personality with a proactive attitude.
