We are seeking an M&A Integration Solutions Architect - Remote to implement and support Hanger's clinical Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) function. This position will support Hanger's value creation by executing Hanger's Clinic M&A plans. Reporting to the VP of IT, Clinical Systems, this role will be an integral part of the team and a partner for the business and IT teams. This role will be responsible for developing and managing strategic and technical plans for the IT integration of newly acquired clinics. Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.



Your Impact

The Solution Architect for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) will play a pivotal role in Hanger's strategic growth initiatives by leading the technical assessment, planning, and integration of acquired clinics into Hanger's robust technology ecosystem. This role involves evaluating existing technologies and workflows, mapping them to Hanger's standards, and delivering seamless integration strategies that ensure operational continuity and efficiency.

    Conduct comprehensive assessments of business processes, technology infrastructure, applications, and workflows, at acquired clinics.
  • Collaborate with clinic management and internal teams to understand existing business operations and integration requirements.
  • Develop detailed integration plans, clearly articulating how acquired clinics' technology and workflows will align with Hanger's existing ecosystem.
  • Define and document technical requirements, roadmaps, and architecture diagrams to guide the integration processes.
  • Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and formulate effective mitigation strategies to minimize business disruption during transitions.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including IT infrastructure, clinical operations, compliance, and business leaders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of integration projects.
  • Provide ongoing consultation and support throughout the integration lifecycle, continuously refining approaches based on lessons learned and best practices.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions about technology-driven efficiencies and scalability in the context of M&A.


Minimum Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role with demonstrable experience in M&A integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of clinical operations, healthcare IT systems (e.g., EHRs, practice management systems), and healthcare compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to translate comex technical assessments into clear, actionable integration plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, particularly when interfacing with diverse business stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively and meet defined deadlines.
  • Flexibility to travel as required to clinic locations for onsite assessments and meetings.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with orthotics and prosthetics clinical operations.
  • Experience with large-scale healthcare system integrations.

#LI-Remote

Pay range of $120,000 to $170,000 annual salary + annual bonus: up to 10% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
