* Ensure the delivery of high-quality requirements for our Compliance, Legal and HR teams. * Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to create detailed and effective Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). * Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements. * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. * Conduct gap analysis and develop solutions to address identified issues. * Analyze regulatory and compliance requirements, translating them into clear business and technical requirements. * Partner with Legal stakeholders to ensure system designs align with current regulatory standards. * Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. * Collaborate with our QA team to ensure successful implementation of system changes. * Work with product owners and Scrum Master to groom our program backlog.
* 10+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in requirements gathering and analysis and creating Business Requirements Documents. * Experience with business process modeling and documentation techniques. * Experience with requirements gathering tools such as Microsoft Word, Jira, or similar platforms. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams at all levels. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Experience working with HR systems, Compliance processes, or Legal platforms is highly desirable. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. * Relevant experience in creating and managing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). * Excellent personal, verbal (including presentation) and written communication skills. * Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and practices. * Knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT and MS Copilot * Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects. * Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and business needs. * Understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) is a plus. * Experience supporting audits or compliance initiatives is preferred. * Experience in data mapping for migration and integration projects, with the ability to work closely with data owners and developers to ensure accuracy and alignment with business requirements. * Proficiency in creating business process flows and data mapping documentation using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent. * CBAP or similar certification. * Knowledge of AI capabilities. * Familiarity with HR, Compliance, Legal software. * Familiarity with GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) tools. Pay Transparency Salary Range:$125,000-$212,500 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
