*Description*
Position Summary: Under close supervision, is responsible for the review, analysis and optimization of related aspects of current and future processes. Contributes to continuous improvement efforts by assisting in evaluation, development, and support for the implementation of recommended process and system changes. Duties and Responsibilities: Analyzes, defines and documents process workflows through user interviews, facilitated workshops and subject matter expert engagement. Participates in the development of future business processes needed to support new products and/or services. Documents future processes to determine how to proactively improve current business for the development of future procedures and models. Examines processes holistically to understand the impact of changes to people, strategy, systems and general business operations. Generates and compiles reports, complete with recommended improvements to business processes and operational procedures. Assists in building the business case for a process or system change and provides input into the change management and implementation. *Skills* data analysis, data entry, Microsoft excel *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Contractor will assist with the implementation of the Personal Lines Customer project. Main duties would be learning our systems and supporting the project to correct Customer data. This includes being competent with Excel and being able to learn new systems easily. Analyzing Customer data across multiple platforms and correcting erroneous information. Good communication skills are necessary to communicate with agents via email and/or phone. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
