Part Time Returns Coordinator (Monday-Friday, 5 hours per day)

To assist Quantum Product Support Technicians and Providers in the processing of product and parts returns.

*Monitor Returns Inbox for requests of returns of products or parts

*Email appropriate team about each request to verify eligibility, transfer or denial

*Contact Provider to identify quote matches using the PQ-365 Quote Match Tool

*Enter return authorization and new order for replacements

*Track all returns for completion and verify new items have shipped

*Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

*Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training

*Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

*Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

*Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times

*Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

*Must be a team player, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest

Must have the ability to:

*Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment

*Read and comprehend work instructions

Must have:

*Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement

*Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel

*A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods

*Excellent telephone etiquette skills

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills

*At least 1 year of Customer Service experience

*At least 1 year of experience in a position working with Quantum Rehab parts or products preferred

*Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

*High School Diploma or GED

*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
