CDL Driver - Residential Route
Location: Monroe, LA
Pay: $21/hour starting + steady overtime + benefits

We're hiring a CDL Driver to run residential garbage routes right here in Monroe. You'll be behind the wheel of a garbage truck, play a key role in keeping our community clean while putting safety first.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays
• Start early at 4:30 a.m., done when the route is done
• Around 45-50 hours a week
• 10-12 hour days - and plenty of overtime available year-round

Pay & Benefits:

• $21/hour starting pay
• Full benefits - medical, dental, and vision
• Paid vacation
• 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5%
• Bi-weekly pay + consistent overtime

What You'll Need:

• A valid Class A or B CDL
• At least 1 year of experience driving with your CDL
• A focus on safety, reliability, and good customer service
