GENERAL FUNCTION

The Cross Brand Project Manager is responsible for understanding the markets and opportunities of the brands of the Sports Performance Hub (SPH). This role will drive product forecasting, segmentation, pricing, and marginality for the SPH brands. They will also be pivotal to understand the business data and levers to be able to recommend and influence business decisions.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Partner and collaborate in the proper definition of the collection type, segmentation and opportunities cross-brand, inclusive of special editions and collaborations. Including defining lifecycle per collection and category and defining and tracking of collection KPIs per brand and project
  • Support and contribute to the 3YP for SPH cross-brand product category - drive product forecast by partnering with Product Directors and in collaboration with the Brand Omnichannel team to secure the correct strategy cross-channel and markets for Eyewear (Sun and Prescription), Goggles and Helmets.
  • Manage the Distribution segmentation matrix cross-brand per collection, channel and market.
  • Responsible for Pricing and marginality strategy per collection, category and new products.
  • Partner with Product Team to incorporate emerging Market Strategies for Future Markets / Channels strategy development per Brand and Product Category.
  • Report Brand & Business KPI Balance - Lead communication and partnership with Brand teams to secure the correct % balance between brand and business products in all collection, in line with the different objectives per Brand.
  • Lead communication and partnership with channels and markets to secure the correct collection development to create the optimal to create the optimal merchandising assortments for Wholesale (Sport and Optical), Retail and Ecommerce.
  • Manage special projects strategy and business cases - Brand, Partner, Channel, Market and Athlete, from collection and merchandising perspective to secure the optimal ROI based on the different project goals. Secure the correct alignment between Brand, Business and Product per each project.
  • Responsible for recurrent Analysis and Reports for collection product performance to ensure alignment with Brand, Business and Product teams on status and potential evolution - including white spots.
  • Manage and responsible for reporting and working with Product Directors and Product Managers to achieve Margin and Pricing KPI's



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • BS Degree
  • 7+ years of program management experience
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, data driven, self-starting
  • Experience building presentations and presenting to global partners
  • Great critical thinking and problem solving skills: act decisively, promptly and confidently.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both local and global stakeholders
  • The ability to effectively partner with and influence multiple partners and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently as well as with teams
  • Strong business acumen

  • Experience working with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams

Pay Range: 128,255.28-191,433.60

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
