We're looking for a dedicated and adaptable *Customer Service Representative* to join our team onsite in San Diego. This is a slow-paced call center environment where your communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and team spirit will shine. You'll be the voice of our brand, helping customers resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Handle up to 300 inbound calls per day during peak season (Fall). * Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on quality over speed. * Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining professional phone etiquette. * Keep calls under 2 minutes when possible, without compromising service quality. * Document interactions and resolutions accurately using internal systems. * Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. *Qualifications:* * 1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred). * Strong phone communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and with upset customers. * Proficient in Microsoft Office. * Experience in furniture retail or with Costco, Sam's Club, Walmart, or True Innovations is a bonus. * Bilingual in Spanish or French is preferred. * Strong writing and multi-tasking abilities. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
