Production Quality Assurance

This is a first shift position, M-F with OT as needed to meet customer demands.

This position is responsible for:

1. Create and manage a continuous quality improvement program for each product line

1. Document assembly processes / procedures for each product line

1. Design testing procedures and documentation for products prior to shipment

1. Manage RMA processes and mine results
   1. Gather and consolidate data from in-house testing for analysis
   2. Early identification of defects
   3. Escalate deficiencies and recommend design changes

1. Source new hardware as necessary and update assembly process / procedures

1. Assures quality control for all incoming products and components from vendors

Within the company this position interacts with various support representatives, primarily managers and tier 3 technicians, and acts as the main liaison between support, development and production.

Associates degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Ability to manage multiple projects at a time

Ability to provide detail analysis on problems encountered while testing
