Manager Security III

Responsible for leading the security function and administering the implementation security programs for the Central Area. Develops and administers the organization's security-training programs to all employees within area of responsibility. Conducts facility inspections to ensure compliance with the organization's established operating procedures and local, state, and federal regulations, and corrects any deficiencies. Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on assignment.

What you'll do:

• Conducts facility inspections to ensure compliance with the organization's established operating procedures and local, state, and federal regulations, and corrects any deficiencies.
• Develops and administers the organization's security-training programs to all employees.
• Responsible to oversee the activities of the guard services.
• Serves as liaison with applicable law enforcement and other regulatory agencies and provides expert court testimony in cases involving the organization.
• Conducts security audits on the organization's various functions.
• Oversees and conducts investigations involving theft the organization's property and/or fraud involving rental agreements.
• Ensures monthly security goals are being achieved.

What we're looking for:

• Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in investigation, security, or law enforcement function preferred

Skills and abilities you should have:

• Knowledge of criminal investigation procedures, law enforcement operations, legal system, local/state/federal regulatory agencies, personnel training methods and auditing procedures.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office applications.
• Requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and ability to manage teams
