Summary - Marketing Representative that will create and maintain working relationships with internal and external customers on firm transportation deals, rates, revenue, analytics and general questions multiple interstate pipelines. Reports to Executive Account Manager. Duties & Responsibilities:
Required Skills (External) Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related area. 0-2 years of related experience. General working knowledge of Energy Transfer's transmission systems as they pertain to the development of transportation proposals preferred. Well-developed interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic. Strong written and verbal communication skills for use in negotiations, in marketing Company's transportation services, and in making proposals or presentations to Company's management and customers. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under stressful conditions and to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Independent worker but able to work well on a cross-functional team. Excellent computer skills including, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power Bi. Frequent travel for meetings with customers, negotiations and development activities will be required. Preferred Qualifications: Education and/or experience, knowledge, skills & abilities: Basic knowledge of writing code for SQL is preferred. Working Conditions: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Usually, normal office working conditions. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing. Occasional overnight travel required. Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings which may include hazardous materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment. |
