Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. As a Recruiter at Lee Health, you will coordinate recruitment activities for your assigned areas, including pre-screening, interviewing, scheduling, and referring top talent to hiring managers. You will collaborate with HR leadership, department leaders, and your peers to craft effective recruiting strategies that meet our staffing needs. Experience: Minimum one-year related experience in Recruitment, HR generalist or human resource related experience with experience in a healthcare setting preferred. License: N/A Certification: N/A Other: Must have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, be flexible, creative, and innovative and be able to promote and sell Lee Health to potential candidates. Some travel required. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret recruitment data, business periodicals, procedures, or governmental regulations. Must have the ability to effectively negotiate, communicate, and present information and respond to questions from clients (hiring managers, candidates, key executive stakeholders).
