Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 16 to 19 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Salesforce technologies and domain skills in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of SFDC Identity and Security SFDC Development & Customization Salesforce Experience Cloud and other related skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the customization and development of Salesforce applications ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of Salesforce data through robust identity and security management practices.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce DevOps processes to streamline development and deployment workflows.
  • Optimize Salesforce sharing and visibility settings to ensure appropriate data access and compliance.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Configure Salesforce to meet the unique needs of the organization leveraging out-of-the-box functionality and custom solutions.
  • Utilize SFDC Lightning to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce data ensuring accuracy and consistency across the platform.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices incorporating new features and functionalities into the organizations Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in Salesforce solutions contributing to the companys overall success and impact on society.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in SFDC Identity and Security ensuring robust protection of sensitive data.
  • Demonstrate expertise in SFDC Development & Customization creating tailored solutions to meet business needs.
  • Have a strong background in Salesforce Experience Cloud enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Show proficiency in SFDC Sharing and Visibility ensuring appropriate data access and compliance.
  • Be skilled in Salesforce DevOps streamlining development and deployment workflows.
  • Exhibit knowledge in SFDC Data management maintaining accuracy and consistency across the platform.
  • Be adept in SFDC Lightning creating dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
  • Have experience in SFDC Integration ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Configuration leveraging out-of-the-box functionality and custom solutions.
  • Possess domain expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer understanding industry-specific requirements.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills working effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement staying current with Salesforce updates and best practices.

The annual salary for this position is between $116,150 - $183,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
