Job Summary

We are seeking a Technology Delivery Manager with strong exp in Salesforce, including nCino Bank Operation system experience. This Michigan-based role involves leading a team in hardware/software design, incident management, and ensuring alignment with architectural objectives. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, team development, process improvement, performance tracking, budget management, and collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams. The position oversees both onshore and offshore resources.

Responsibilities

Experience: 15+ years of relevant technical and business work experience

  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, concepts, and standard methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience working on projects implemented in Agile methodology.
  • Experience in defining and implementing technology solutions for a major international institution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate well with all levels, technical as well as non-technical stakeholders
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to promote an agile work environment.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with development and testing teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into understandable terms.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Benefits:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $135,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
