Cubic Digital Intelligence (CDI) is seeking motivated college interns to support AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integration efforts for generating white papers and strategic documents. This position offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI technologies in a dynamic and innovative environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, possesses strong writing and analytical skills, and is eager to learn how AI tools can transform data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

AI/LLM Integration: Assist in configuring, fine-tuning, and deploying AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to generate and refine white papers, reports, and policy briefs for CDI initiatives.
Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to create coherent and impactful content, leveraging AI to streamline the writing process.
Data Analysis and Summarization: Use AI tools to analyze large datasets, identify key insights, and integrate findings into high-quality written materials.

Research Support: Conduct research on defense, technology, and innovation topics to inform white paper content and ensure alignment with current trends.

Feedback and Refinement: Work with the project team to test AI-generated content, provide feedback on accuracy and relevance, and ensure alignment with CDI's messaging.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows for white paper creation using AI/LLM tools and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, GPT-4, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information into clear and concise summaries.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) tools or platforms.
  • Familiarity with defense, technology, or policy-related topics.
  • Previous experience in technical writing or research assistance.
