Enterprise GTM Transformation Manager

We are looking for a versatile and driven Manager of Transformation Operations to support both our European and US businesses. In this dynamic role, no two days will be the same as you drive operational efficiency and excellence across our segments. You will play a key part in identifying, scaling, and developing best practices to enhance our go-to-market strategies.

About the Role:

In this opportunity you will:

  • Strategic Execution:Utilize segment and customer feedback to inform and execute strategies related to segment data, commercial systems, technology, and process improvement.
  • Feedback Facilitation:Organize and lead feedback loops and listening sessions, ensuring follow-up with actionable insights and improvement strategies.
  • Performance Measurement:Evaluate the impact of data, system, and process improvements on metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Employee NPS (eNPS), and sales cycle efficiency.
  • Data Analysis and Improvement:Analyze segment performance metrics, develop improvement hypotheses, and implement solutions through data reporting, technology optimization, and process enhancement.
  • Project Portfolio Management:Oversee a portfolio of projects and deliverables, including managing intake processes and proactively seeking new segment value additions based on feedback and performance data.
  • Reporting and Analytics:Ensure seamless operation of segment reporting systems and deliver essential reports and analytics to segment and sub-segment teams.
  • Collaboration and Advocacy:Engage regularly with enabling function partners to understand roadmaps for data, systems, and processes, advocating for necessary prioritization changes based on segment feedback and data insights.
  • Transformation Alignment:Collaborate with the Transformation Delivery team to ensure strategic alignment and coherence.
  • Sub-Segment Support:Provide flexible, ad hoc support to sub-segments as necessary to drive overall segment success.

About You:

You're a fit for the role if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in management consulting, large enterprise company or related experience
  • Prior experience in enterprise software and familiarity with analytics tools such as Excel, Python, SQL, or other large data set management systems.
  • Preferred experience in operational efficiency, data analysis, and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $72,100 - $133,900.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
