What You Will Do as an Associate Digital Marketing Manager:

The Associate Digital Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years of experience, and a passion for engaging consumer experiences.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, and paid advertising.
  • Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with content creators and agency partners to develop engaging and relevant content for digital platforms.
  • SEO and SEM: Support search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to improve website visibility and drive traffic.
  • Social Media Management: Assist in the management of social media accounts, including posting content, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends.
  • Marketing Calendar Support: Coordinate and maintain the marketing calendar, including campaign calendar, content calendar, and social media calendar, ensuring timely and effective execution of marketing activities.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and prepare reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative teams, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

Skills for Success:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a consumer-focused e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media management.
  • Familiarity with marketing calendar management.
