Job Summary

You will be responsible for driving data-driven analysis, best practices, and crafting internal communications for stakeholders at all levels. You have a proven track record in leading rapid, data-driven projects and partnering with commercial leaders to accelerate revenue and profit. You are results-oriented, self-directed, inquisitive, and act as an owner. You dig into the details and can juggle multiple priorities and tight deadlines. You know how to break down processes into logical parts and construct crystal-clear reasoning, analyses, and ways of working. You have strong communication and people skills and have learned how to appreciate diverse perspectives and bring out the best in teams.

This role will require a strategic thinker who is adept at working through a matrix organization to drive team results. You will need to partner with all levels of the organization, develop materials for broad audiences, and help draft intricate internal communications. You should be able to craft engaging and clear messages that resonate with diverse audiences. Your ability to handle sensitive topics with tact and professionalism is crucial. Additionally, you should be able to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative solutions to drive team results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Pipeline Analysis - collaborate with sales directors to conduct pipeline reviews sharing insights and recommendations to Regional Commercial Leadership Team.
  • Commercial Excellence - Educate, Communicate and Reinforce best practices and ways of working.
  • Communication - Lead communication campaigns including -new launches, success stories, and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Data driven decisions-- Utilize Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools to drive data-driven decision making. Ability to interpret and present data insights effectively to support strategic conclusions and decision-making processes.
  • Develop appropriate business models, operating models, and capabilities to support our strategic vision.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 2- 4 years of work experience in large matrix organization
    • Degree in Food Science/ Food engineering / Chemistry preferred
  • Clear and concise writing style
  • Able to learn/ understand IFF innovation/ technology and position them as competitive advantage
  • High level of learning agility and commitment
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
  • Demonstrate leadership potential, cultural agility and emotional maturity
  • Able to work effectively under global matrix structure with various stakeholders
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI
