Staffmark is
currently seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator for a manufacturing facility in Rogers, AR. If you're looking for a consistent weekday schedule, competitive pay, and an opportunity to grow your skills, this could be the perfect fit.

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Responsibilities



  • Operate roll winder to transfer tubing from one core to another
  • Load/unload plastic film rolls using an electric roll-lift truck
  • Monitor production using touchscreen control panels
  • Cut out material defects and make splices as needed
  • Conduct quality checks on finished film rolls
  • Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure
  • Ensure safe handling and accuracy throughout the process



Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of machine operator experience
  • Basic computer skills and ability to read a tape measure
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
