Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute corporate policies, procedures, and programs with precision.
  • Plan and schedule distribution services and manage returned or damaged products.
  • Maintain optimal space layout plans for maximum productivity.
  • Oversee transportation companies for timely pickups and quality driver service.
  • Open or close the facility as needed and perform any related duties assigned by management.
  • Monitor and enhance customer service standards, ensuring satisfaction at every level.

Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
  • Proficiency in using RF scanners and forklifts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret business reports and write effective correspondence.



Physical Requirements:

This role requires regular standing, walking, sitting, and manual handling of warehouse materials. You must also be comfortable with climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 70 lbs. Vision requirements include distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
