Accounts Payable Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Receive, review and process all incoming invoices, check requests, expense reports, etc.

• Enter all invoices in the accounts payable accounting system for batching and payment processing

• Process ACH payments into system, print checks Work closely with management to achieve production objectives

• Print and maintain A/P reports and vendor files

• Manage the integrity of information contained in the accounts payable database and files so that information is retrievable for departments, and intact for the annual audit

• Working in conjunction and assisting Accounting Supervisors and Controllers

• Assist Management personnel with internal or external audits

• Responsible for completing daily and weekly reports

• Other Duties as Assigned

This is an on-site position.

Hours: 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday

Qualified candidates for the Accounts Payable Clerk position should possess the following:

• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment

• Team Player

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Detail orientated and have basic math aptitude

• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus

• Computer proficient, familiar with Microsoft office

• Possess efficient data entry skills

• Good work history and attendance

• Must be able to work with confidential matters

• Possess a professional attitude/conduct
