Job Duties: Vice President, Portfolio Lifecycle Management with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Dallas, Texas. Multiple positions available. Provide oversight for syndicated bank loan life cycle transactions performed by the team, including Borrower loan advances (funding), invoicing for payments, collection of funds, onward distributions and reconciliations and govern day-day functions to mitigate Operational, Reputational, Regulatory & Financial risk for the firm, with heightened focus on month-end/quarter-end transactions, outstanding payments and receipts, and inward and outward escalations both internal and external. Independently handle complex transactions, such as refinances and restructures and new activities, such as new agency takeovers, to provide operational support in line with firm policies and industry guidelines, leveraging industry experience and subject matter expertise. Handle high value cash wire payments (up to $100mm) for borrower funding requests and lender disbursements. Resolve complex queries from the borrowers or lenders and timely communication regarding key information on loan positions or claims. Provide seamless support for market driven changes such as transition to Risk Free Rates (RFR). Strive for continuous development of risk and control framework for the team, by implementing robust procedures, increasing process controls & governance model. Leverage strong communication skills and matter expertise to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders in solving transaction discrepancies and improving process workflows. Create operational efficiency through process improvement initiatives and system uplift programs.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field such as Business Administration. Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include five (5) years with the following: syndicated loan products and identifying non-standard exceptions from the draft credit agreement prior to execution; payment risk and control, including applicable payment policies such as Fund Travel Rule (FTR), or Standing settlement instruction setups; credit agreements pursuant to the Loan Syndication and Trading Association (American market) and Loan Market Association (European market) convention agreements; experience with different attributes of varying loan types, including committed revolver, demand revolver, and term loans to ensure proper deal set up for accurate loan accruals; loan applications and software enhancement processes, including producing test scripts, coordinating testing activities, and analyzing post-production implementation; and communicating operational requirements and procedures to external Counterparties (including borrowers and lenders) to ensure risk coverage.
