Job Title: SAP Automotive Warranty Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Automotive Warranty Consultant with in-depth expertise in the automotive industry to lead a SAP Warranty implementation. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in warranty processes, and strong hands-on experience with SAP Warranty.

• Design and implement solutions for end-to-end Warranty Processing in SAP across the automotive lifecycle.
• Develop and optimize business processes that support claims and repairs processing.
• Integrate into SAP VMS to manage and trace vehicle configurations, changes due to repairs
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, service, and IT teams to integrate data from SAP ERP and DMS systems
• Enable downstream usage of genealogy data for recalls, compliance, warranty, and field service use cases.
• Ensure alignment with industry standards and OEM-specific requirements.
• Provide support for system configuration, testing, training, and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using digital tools and analytics.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP implementations in the automotive sector.
• Strong expertise in SAP Warranty and related modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, EWM, QM).
• Proven experience in implementing SAP Warranty solutions.
• Understanding of vehicle configuration management, variant configuration, and serial number management.
• Experience integrating with DMS is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and digital twin concepts.
• Experience with recall management, compliance reporting, or warranty analytics.
• Familiarity with OEM or Industrial Manufacturer.
