SUMMARY: Refurbish, Repair and Assemble a variety of different temperature control units (TCU) often used in wafer manufacturing facilities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Follows all safety standards * Assemble a variety of Temperature Control Units (TCU or Chiller) * Trouble shoot and repair used equipment * Testing units to meet tolerances & product specifications * Maintaining the companies quality assurance standards * Maintains a clean and organized work environment * Follows all shop work instructions, tooling and methods QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. * Mechanical aptitude * Manual dexterity * Ability to work in fast paced team environment * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and procedures. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE * High School diploma or equivalent * 1+ years industry experience or specific OEM training * Previous HVAC Experience * Brazing LANGUAGE SKILLS * Ability to read, analyze and interpret written documents * Ability to interpret technical charts and drawings * Ability to respond in a professional manner to common inquiries PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
