The
Quality Incoming Coordinator works directly with the Quality Manager maintaining and adhering to the Quality Management System.
Essential Functions

1. Conduct and properly document incoming quality inspections.
2. Handles and processes Moisture Sensitive components.
3. Assists in RMA activities to include processing and tracking returned product.
4. Assist in maintaining all calibration and equipment maintenance logs and schedules.
5. Assist in maintaining quality system documentation.
6. Perform documented quality spot checks of all product realization processes.
7. Accessible to employees with questions or suggestions for quality issues.
8. Assist in the reconciliation of customer and supplier Quality issues as required.
9. Assists in training for new employees on QMS procedures.
10. Adhere to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
11. Ensure work area is kept clean and free of debris.
12. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Competencies
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in an office environment and on the production floor. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers. On the production floor, the employee is occasionally exposed to working near moving mechanical parts and caustic fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, use fine hand motor skills/dexterity, use repetitive motions, and lift and/or move up to 15 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Travel
Occasional travel may be expected for this position.
