JOB DESCRIPTION
The Producer manages day-to-day podcast operations, ensuring each episode is executed smoothly from concept to delivery. This role oversees guest booking coordination, schedules production timelines, and manages editorial support through research and scripting. The Producer also works closely with the EP on episode edits, pacing, and tone, while managing the show's social media presence and digital engagement strategy. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $74,000.00-100,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
