The Technical Consultant I is responsible for designing and implementing solutions that enable seamless interaction between multiple applications through unified interfaces or dashboards. The scope of this job includes establishing connections, protocols, and standards that allow disparate applications to exchange data, share resources, and collaborate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather information on existing solution systems, interfaces, and data sources, and execute tasks throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Document general details of the current system landscape, including solution applications used and data sources.
  • Complete basic user interface components and integration solutions using a foundational knowledge of programming languages with the support of senior consultants.
  • Participate in testing and validating integrated interfaces.
  • Train client IT department on basic system administration tasks, such as user account management and solution installation, while emphasizing fundamental security principles and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Communicate project updates to clients in a timely manner.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 0-2 years relevant work experience

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 50% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
