Job Overview & Responsibilities

The Corporate Travel Coordinator is responsible for all of ULA's business travel functions across the enterprise. The role oversees day-to-day support and systems administration for Concur and US Bank platforms, manages vendor relationships, and ensures company-wide travel compliance while helping to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a face-paced environment, provides excellent customer service, excels at cross-functional coordination, and has an advanced understanding of travel and expense systems.

Key Responsibilities:





    • Serve as primary administrator and support contact for Concur Travel & Expense and US Bank corporate card platforms.
    • Provide technical support to employees, manage account setups/terminations, assist with reconciliations, and travel related reporting.
    • Review and approve expense reports as well as support out-of-policy travel requests to meet business needs.
    • Support internal travel policy development, compliance training, and maintain traveler resources that enhance user experience.
    • Manage travel agency compliance and performance.
    • Lead RFPs, contract negotiations, and ongoing vendor relationship management for travel services.
    • Coordinate enterprise-wide travel programs such as candidate cards, intern advances, and per diem lodging contracts.
    • Drive travel program enhancements, risk mitigation, and reporting solutions to support finance and business objectives.
    • Provide 24/7 on-call support for ULA travelers during peak business travel times.





Required Education

High School/GED

Required Years of Experience

Minimum of 4 years of related work experience

Basic Qualifications



  • Experience with travel/expense systems (preferably Concur)
  • Internal customer service experienceacross departments and all levels of employees
  • Proactive self-starter with ownership of assigned tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent, sound decisions in time-sensitive situations
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work overtime and provide on-call travel support when needed



Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with corporate card compliance andvendor contract management
  • Familiarity with Federal Travel Regulations (FTR)
  • Advanced Excel skills (i.e. pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) for reporting and reconciliation
  • Experience of enterprise-level vendor management, including RFP processes and contract negotiation
  • Strong analytical skills for improving systems and processes as well as identifying cost-savings opportunities

Summary Salary Range (forULA - Denveronly): $75,255.00 - $125,425.00

Additionally, most salaried ULA team members work a "9/80 schedule," meaning they enjoy every other Friday off.
