Your Impact

- Build and maintain data models, dashboards, and automated reports using Microsoft Power BI (Business Intelligence), SAP Crystal Reports, and SAP BusinessObjects
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into meaningful data solutions
- Monitor ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure timely and accurate data availability
- Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements
- Replace offline/manual reporting with scalable, real-time insights
- Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies across systems
- Maintain documentation for processes, validations, and reporting tools
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support system upgrades as they relate to reporting and analytics


About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/specialized training
- 2+ years of experience with relational databases and strong knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language)
- Proven experience with reporting tools like Power BI (Business Intelligence), Crystal Reports (2020 or later), and SAP BusinessObjects
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and independently
- Programming experience is a plus

Workstyle Description

Hybrid - This position offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Tuesdays and Wednesdays and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in-office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.
