Building Controls and Automation Installation Technician Lead Reistertown, MD Pay From: $38 per hour MUST: Experienced Building Controls and Automation Installation Technician Minimum of 3 year's experience in the installation of Building Controls and Automation systems Must have lead or management level experience Strong familiarity with Building Automation, Lighting Controls, Energy Management (HVAC) Systems, Access Controls and Surveillance Must have strong communication and client interface skills BS Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering highly desired DUTIES: Provide direction and leadership to assigned team members as well as subcontractors Participate in project preplanning process Lead the execution of assigned projects Identify customer issues, concerns, escalate accordingly to ensure problem resolution Coordinate work with other trades Run control wire per industry standard Install conduit and fittings per industry standard Mount and terminate controllers, sensors, and end devices Troubleshoot wiring and terminations of field-installed equipment with test instruments Mentor Junior level installation technicians Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
