Description
The ITS Applications Administrator will be primarily focused on providing day-to-day support of enterprise applications; identifying and implementing technical and process improvements that enhances system availability, performance, and security. The IT Application Administrator will work in conjunction with other ITS members to support and maintain Arkansas Kraft's IT infrastructure. This position reports to the IT Manager Essential Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Essential Experience include, but not limited to:
Minimum Qualifications: College degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience. At least 3 to 5 years' experience with the installation, configuration and support of IT enterprise applications, servers, and peripheral equipment. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on communication skills both written and verbal. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid troubleshooting methodology Able to lift 35 pounds (Servers, Computers, Network Hardware, Cabling, etc.)Ability to work off-peak hours to respond to customer needs and ensure availability of critical system.
