Description
Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician must work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. This 2nd shift position requires a self-motivated individual willing to work safely in a team based system. They need to have the ability to schedule their work, prioritize their work load, and complete tasks in a timely manner. Good troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis skills are required to make proper repairs. Preventive and predictive skills are required to keep equipment running safe and efficient. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. A desire for continuous improvement of technical skills and quality workmanship are required to meet our customers increasing demands.
