Artist Lecturer in Bassoon

The Carnegie Mellon University School of Music is seeking applications for the part-time position of Artist Lecturer in Bassoon for the 2025-2026 Academic Year. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate bassoon students in the School of Music and coaching chamber music ensembles as needed.

• Master's degree in bassoon performance, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience teaching bassoon students at the university and/or conservatory level
• Performance experience commensurate with a faculty appointment at Carnegie Mellon University
