Under the general direction of the Director of Operations, serve as Artist Services Manager to act as primary liaison and artist services contact; oversee student Artist Services team, serve as onsite lead for Mondavi Center artists before during and after performances; accompany artists to various engagements; build, coordinate, disseminate artist itinerary, oversee artist merchandise sales and reconciliation, execute artist services budget for hospitality supplies, maintain inventory. Candidate will hire, train and supervise student artist services staff, identify and coordinate with suppliers, caterers and vendors, coordinate communication with artist representatives and lodging and transportation vendors, arrange artist transportation and hotel when necessary, arrange hospitality as required by contract; interpreting and implementing artist contracts and riders; and overseeing the processing of travel and entertainment expenses and charges related to the artist liaison duties. POSITION INFORMATION * Salary or Pay Range: $26.82/hr. - $47.61/hr. (Dept. budgeted range: $26.82/hr. - $31.25/hr.
