Receptionist

Otter Products is hiring for a Receptionist at our HQ building located at 209 S. Meldrum St in Fort Collins.

In this role, the Otter Receptionist conveys welcome through warm greetings and provides initial care for those who enter the building. This position will focus on positive interactions and friendliness toward everyone who comes through the lobby. This Otter will also coordinate with facilities, provide clerical support to office functions and maintain the impeccable cleanliness of the lobby area.

Greet guests and provide for their comfort
• Manage front desk activities including deliveries and lobby traffic
• Provide direction for visitors, interviewees and new or lost Otters
• Partner with facilities to maintain lobby area and equipment including kitchenette area and general tidiness
• Create and print shipping labels for FedEx shipments
• Perform general clerical duties, possibly including copying, electronic filing, document distribution and scanning
• Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
• Order supplies to support the building needs
• Coordinate coverage for the reception desk during normal business hours as needed to make sure someone is present at the reception desk at all times
• Eagerly assist the admin team, leaders and departments with special projects, drafting internal communications, scheduling requests and arranging appointments as needed
• Partner with Otter Security to help ensure all badging and security needs of the office are met and security situations are being reported accurately and promptly
• Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested with a sense of team spirit

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required
• Minimum one year professional experience required
• May need to drive to Frederick, CO on an as needed basis
