Position Description:

The Enterprise Leadership Program in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Iowa invites applications for a 0.75 time visiting position to teach undergraduate courses in communications and project management. This is a one-year appointment with the possibility of renewal based on performance and institutional needs.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for undergraduate teaching, leadership experience in applied or professional settings, and the ability to engage students in interdisciplinary and career-focused learning.

Education Requirement:


  • Master's degree in communications, project management, business, or a related field.


Required Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the undergraduate level or professional training experience.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.


Desirable Qualifications:


  • Ph.D. or terminal degree in a relevant field.
  • Professional certification in project management
  • Familiarity with project-based or experiential learning approaches.
