This role is within Chamberlain Group's Marketing function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Lead the day-to-day production for photo/video projects including engaging outside production partners, managing shoots, project management, scheduling resources, booking talent, overseeing retouching and editing. (ii) Manage process to handoff of final deliverables. (ii) Manage shoots on set ensuring quality and excellence in experience to execution. Education requirements include: Bachelor's degree in Photography, Video Production, Graphic Design, Marketing or related field; Experience Requirements include: 7+ years of experience in photography, videography, production or studio management in an advertising or client setting, 3+ years of experience sourcing and managing outside vendors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage production phases of photo and videos shoots; and resources involved

  • Manage photo and video shoot budgets, schedules and calendar, photo equipment and studio sets and props

  • Run castings and book models, make up & hair stylists, wardrobe stylists, prop stylists and photographers for assigned shoots; secure necessary model releases and contracts in advance of the assigned shoot

  • Oversee handoff process of digital assets; ensure quality, accuracy and timeliness of all materials

  • Research new equipment and make recommendations for equipment/sets/other studio enhancements

  • Run pre-production meetings including setting up meetings, sending out call sheets and communicating any outstanding details to talent and contributors; Ensure all details of shoot are covered in preproduction to ensure a smooth shoot day

  • Ensure all projects are appropriately scoped, internal and external resources are allocated and managed, and projects are delivered according to deadlines and within budget

  • Manage to a production budget, open POs, and collaborate closely with Finance and Marketing Operations to ensure smooth partnerships with outside vendors

  • Coordinate acquisition of product samples for shoots

  • Assist with scripting and creative development for projects

  • Manage location shoots as necessary

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Photography, Video Production, Graphic Design, Marketing or related fields

  • 7+ years of experience in photography, videography, production or studio management in an advertising or client setting.

  • 3+ years of experience sourcing and managing outside vendors.

  • Knowledge of software such as Blender, Capture One, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Lightroom, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)

  • Creative thinker, detail oriented, organized

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure while handling multiple projects

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience managing projects in Workfront

  • Ability to travel up to 25%

The payrange for this position is $97,700.00- $157,475.00; base payoffered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
