What we do:

The Order Management Analyst is an integral part of the Global Revenue Team with a focus on Order Management including compliance with company policies and procedures. This position will focus on the customer onboarding experience (e.g. customer set up, contract review and pricing).

What you'll do:



  • Review customer contracts. Summarize key terms, issues and seek approvals, as needed.
  • Flag non-standard contract terms for accounting and billing review.
  • Ensure approvals for non-standard deals have been properly documented, escalated to the right approval
  • levels, and resolved within reasonable time frames.
  • Verify compliance with internal policies (and external regulations).
  • Facilitate customer onboarding and new partner creation, account, rate setup and billing requests.
  • Track incoming purchase orders and ensure order numbers are included within the platform prior tobilling (i.e., purchase order compliance). Work with client services and customers to alleviate any issuesand/or discrepancies.
  • Track and maintain customer billing portals. Facilitate billing portal operations with stakeholders (e.g.billing, collections, client services, etc.).
  • Provide customer related reports to management, sales and customers as needed/required.
  • Support global Deal Desk leadership to deliver consistent and exceptional support to our salesorganization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to investigate and respond to inquiries regarding contracts and partner setups.
  • Become a subject matter expert on customer order operations to identify and implement processimprovements.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned when needed to support the business.


Who you are:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant experience. 2+ years of related office experience in one of thefollowing areas: Client contracts, Order Management, Administrative Sales Support, General Accountingand Invoicing or Customer Service
  • Intermediate or above level of proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially MS Excel) required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in time-sensitive environment and easily adapt to shifts in priorities. Ability to jugglemultiple high priorities in a fast-paced environment and have a willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently to meetdeadlines.
  • Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, DocuSign CLM, Incorta, JIRA is a plus.
  • Experience with Ariba, Coupa billing portals is a plus

The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year. At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is
$48,200 $88,300 USD
