Field Coordinator, Channel Performance

What you can expect to be doing:

• Implementing strategies and tactics for growing and engaging Ipsos' mystery shopper panel in the USA.

• Managing current independent scheduler relationships, as well as recruiting for additional support depending on program volume to ensure mystery shopping completion and quality targets are achieved.

• Overseeing all independent scheduler and shopper questions and onboarding based on program requirements.

• Acting as a Mystery Shopping subject matter expert within Ipsos and providing advice on our 'better design, better execution and better impact' strategy.

• Working with the VP of Operations to oversee all fieldwork costing activities for assigned programs (ie. Bonus funds and budgeting).

• Regular meetings with Mystery Shop team around strategic planning and forecasting.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing programs and people within program initiatives.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.

• Excels at operating in a fast pace environment.

• Open to direction and a collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.

• Ability to craft mystery shopper instructions and train mystery shoppers for various programs.

• Ability to look at situations from several points of view.

• Persuasive with details and facts.

• Proficient with MS Office suite.

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $45,000 to $50,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
