What You'll Do * Refine and scope technical requirements aligned with business goals. * Customize Salesforce with Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, flows, validation rules, and more. * Maintain and enhance Salesforce security (users, roles, permission sets, sharing rules). * Ensure data integrity through deduplication, cleansing, and updates using tools like Data Loader. * Evaluate Salesforce releases and implement critical updates across multiple orgs. * Support users across all levels with troubleshooting, training, and documentation. * Lead change management and deployment processes using Salesforce CLI and Bash scripting in a Linux environment. * Research and recommend AppExchange solutions and best practices for platform optimization. What You Bring * 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (development + administration). * Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows. * Strong experience with permission sets, profiles, roles, and security governance. * Skilled in managing deployments and sandbox refreshes. * Experience transitioning from Classic to Lightning. * Ability to create and present technical documentation to diverse audiences. * Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange and architecture best practices. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
