Partner with the best We are seeking an experienced Testing Facility leader to join our Technology Testing Laboratory to take the responsibility for leading and managing the BH Jport testing facility. In this position, you will be responsible for leading all the execution activities including refurbishment, commissioning, testing, maintenance related to the Jport testing facility, ensuring the highest level of HSE and Quality standards, matching cost and OTD. The testing facilities are location in Laporte, JPort, and Houston service facilities. As the Testing Manager you will be responsible for: Managing the LMS100 testing plan execution matching OTD and cost target. Being the HSE delegate for the BH LLC Jport testing facility and focal point for local authorities. Implementing and enforcing HSEQ protocols to create a safe and compliant working environment. Being the focal point for all the LMS100 stakeholders, GE Vernova, GEA and the customer for what concern BH Jport testing facility. Setting short / mid/ long term workforce need and allocating resources effectively to ensure OTD balancing workload and priorities. Working with local sourcing team, select and engage best offering contractors according to workload plan. Establishing clear performance expectations, conduct regular HSE and Quality audit and performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback. Providing supervision and leadership to the team (internal+contractors), assisting with problem-solving and decision-making as needed. Establishing and maintaining strong relationship with Jport Aero Alliance plant, being the BH reference for any BH Jport facility related matter. Collaborating with different Functions to develop strategies to increase productivity, assure costs governance and improve overall Plant efficiency. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Master's degree in engineering or proved related experience and 8+ yrs of work experience as site leader or/and manufacturing leader roles. Be familiar with electrical, instrumentation, control systems as well as mechanical design and plant erection/commissioning. Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the aptitude to influence others and create collaborative and inclusive teams in a diverse and multi-cultural environment. Strong analytical, process improvement and project management skills.Knowledge of planning and analysis tools for project management.
